From analogue systems to digital inspection lines, the Tecar Diagnostic System TDS is tailored to your individual requirements and can be designed and delivered so that it is suitable to the possibilities and requirements of your maintenance garage or dealership.

Characteristics:

multi-functional software: each test can be performed individually or fully automatically
the measurements can be stored on a PC and then printed

The TDS inspection modules:

Rolling – Brake Inspection Stand

Rolling resistance, response characteristics, uneven and braking power left/right. Can be converted for 4x4 vehicles, plastic-covered rollers, and automatic slippage shut-off.

Combi Unit

Portable brake inspection stand, set of scales and chassis tester in one compact, space-saving unit. Available with an exceptionally attractive price/performance ratio.

Rapid Alignment Tester

Dynamic inspection. Uses a mechanical compensation plate to avoid improper measurements caused by unintentional side forces

Chassis Tester

Measures the shock and traction characteristics. With electronic positioning assistance for defining the proper measuring position. Integrated scales for calculating brake delay.

Plate-based break inspection stand

All of the braking qualities and the braking power distribution are calculated under dynamic conditions, including weight distribution.
