The RAA has been established by like minded car, van and truck retailers in order to create an alliance of private dealer group operators to:

• create a buying group co-operative in order to leverage economies of scale in purchasing power for core business related supplies; and
• generally interfacing within the JVC on industry challenges and opportunities, where relevant, in order to share best practices.... for the furtherance of customer care and financial viability

Our key focus continues to be with our customers who never before have been better informed, require better value for money and the highest quality of service. Well established privately owned and managed Groups, providing strong regional focus, have traditionally leveraged strong customer satisfaction and loyalty. The current 22 member Groups within the RAA share a combined industry experience of over 1000 years with many into 3rd and 4th family generations.

Working closely with Vehicle Manufacturers has also been a traditional strength of the privateers playing a key role to seek to influence positive policies and strategies on distribution, product development and marketing. True 'partnership' between us is fundamental to mutual success.
